Jaguars sign three to roster; Branch to IR

The Jacksonville Jaguars signed wide receiver Mike Brown, linebacker Brandon Marshall and fourth-year tight end Isaiah Stanback from the practice squad to the 53-man roster.

Jacksonville waived fullback Will Ta'ufo'ou and placed rookie second-round pick Andre Branch on injured reserve with a groin injury. The Jaguars also placed running back Jordan Todman (calf) on injured reserve.

Brown and Marshall are rookies; Marshall, a fifth-round pick of the Jaguars, has played in four games. Brown has been on the practice squad all season.

Rookie offensive lineman Tommie Draheim and rookie wide receiver Brittan Golden were signed to the practice squad.

Brown was a college quarterback and two-time Walter Payton Award candidate and Big South Offensive Player of the Year at Liberty.

Stanback has played in 16 career games, was signed to the Jaguars' practice squad on Dec. 5. He has also spent time with Dallas, New England, Seattle and the New York Giants.
